Facebook data deletion
When you connect a Facebook account to GUSlive, we keep only what we need to make live videos on the Pages you pick. Here is how to delete it.

Your deletion request
What we keep
- Your Facebook user ID, name and picture.
- A user access token, and Page access tokens for the Pages you allowed (encrypted on our server).
- The ID, name, picture and follower count of those Pages.
- The title and description you set for live videos, and the IDs of the live videos GUSlive created.

Three ways to delete it
- In GUSlive. Open a Facebook destination on your project page and choose Disconnect. We delete the tokens and account details at once and remove our access on Facebook.
- On Facebook. Go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find GUSlive and remove it. Facebook tells us, and we delete your Facebook data automatically. Facebook then shows you a confirmation code you can check on this page.
- By email. Write to admin@ideal8.co.th from the email address of your GUSlive account. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.
Closing your GUSlive account also deletes every connected account. Live videos already published stay on Facebook; delete them there if you want them gone.
