Terms of Service
The rules for using GUSlive, written as plainly as we can.
Last updated: 22 October 2026
1. About these terms
GUSlive (guslive.net) is a cloud live-streaming service. It is run by the operator named in the company details at the bottom of this page. In these terms, “GUSlive”, “we” and “us” mean that operator. “You” means the person or business using GUSlive.
By creating an account, booking a day or using GUSlive, you agree to these terms, to our Cancellation & Refund Policy and to our Privacy Policy. If you use GUSlive for a company or organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
2. The service
You send one video signal (RTMP, RTMPS or SRT, for example from vMix, OBS, LiveU or Kiloview) to the GUSlive cloud server. GUSlive restreams it to Facebook, YouTube, TikTok or any RTMP/RTMPS destination at the same time. The service also gives you a live preview, audio line selection per destination, pull-out as SRT, HLS or RTSP, live stats and optional recording.
Other GUSlive tools, such as GUSlive AIRtext (cloud graphics), are not sold at the moment. Our team may turn them on for an account by agreement.
3. Your account
- You sign in with a Google account. Keep that account secure. You are responsible for what happens under your GUSlive account.
- You are responsible for the stream keys and destination settings you enter. Keep your stream keys private.
- The live preview can be watched by up to 3 viewers at a time per project. If you share a viewer link, you can reset it at any time to stop access.
4. Booking, prices and payment
- GUSlive is priced per live day. There is no subscription. Current prices are on the Pricing page.
- A live day runs from 00:00 to 05:00 the next morning, Bangkok time (UTC+7).
- You can book up to 90 days ahead. A booked day includes 2 projects and 3 destinations, and can have up to 5 projects and 10 destinations.
- You pay in Thai baht (THB) by PromptPay QR, or in US dollars (USD) by credit or debit card, through our payment provider, Opn Payments. Card details go straight to Opn Payments; we never see or store them. Access opens automatically on the booked day, and a receipt is emailed to you.
- Prices are set in Thai baht for PromptPay and in US dollars for card payments. The US dollar prices are a separate, fixed price list, not a currency conversion. Any currency conversion or fees charged by your card issuer are between you and your bank. Tax invoices are available on request.
- We may change our prices. We will give notice before a change applies. Bookings you have already paid for keep the price you paid.
- Payments are non-refundable once paid, except as described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. You can move a booked day once, free of charge.
- On days you have not booked, you can send a test signal and watch the preview, but nothing is sent to your destinations.
5. Free trial
The free trial is one live day: it lasts 24 hours from sign-up and includes 1 project, 2 destinations and up to 30 minutes of recording in total. There is one trial per email address (Google sign-in). After the trial, you can still send a test signal and watch the preview free; sending to destinations and recording need a booked day.
6. Recordings and saved projects
- Nothing is recorded automatically. You start each recording yourself.
- Recordings are kept for 3 days (72 hours) after recording, then deleted automatically. We email you a warning 24 hours before. Download anything you want to keep; we cannot recover deleted recordings.
- You can keep up to 10 saved projects. A project’s dedicated SRT port may change if the project is not used for 90 days.
- If your account has no activity for 12 months, we send you a warning email. Your saved projects are removed 30 days after that warning.
7. Your content and the rules
Your content stays yours. You keep ownership of everything you stream or record. You allow us to receive, process, send and store it only as needed to provide the service you ask for.
You must have the rights to everything you stream. You must not use GUSlive to stream:
- anything illegal under Thai law or the law where you are;
- content that infringes copyright or other rights, including pirated sports, films or TV;
- adult content;
- hate speech, or content that promotes or shows violence.
You must also follow the rules of each platform you stream to, such as Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.
If a stream or account breaks these rules, we may stop the stream or suspend the account.
8. Other platforms
Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and other destinations are run by other companies. We do not control them. If a platform rejects your stream, expires your stream key or removes your content, that is outside our control. The same applies to your own encoder and internet connection.
9. Availability
We work hard to keep GUSlive running well, but the service is provided “as is” and on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific uptime. If GUSlive fails on a booked day because of a problem on our side, see what we offer in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
10. Our liability
Our total liability to you for any claim about a booked day is limited to the amount you paid for the affected day. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Thai law.
11. Suspension and closing an account
- You can stop using GUSlive at any time. To have your account deleted, contact us.
- We may stop a stream or suspend an account that breaks these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If you keep using GUSlive after a change, the new terms apply to you.
13. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts in Bangkok have jurisdiction over any dispute.
